Live simply

There is no room for indecision now i'm stricken with the vision, the world in which we are living is an economic prison. We've got shoes made by slaves making cents for a wage, 16 hours a day apparently that's ok. We've got to debunk the lie, that any crime is justified as long as it keeps the share prices high. Half of the world is drowning in poverty, the other half living in the lap of luxury, but this decadence has become absurdity, do we really need cars with pimped out plasma screens? Gandhi said live simply so others may simply live, but fuck the starving kids I'll drive a beemer instead.

live simply so others may simply live

If every time you touched something, or entered a room, you felt the emotional impressions left by those who came before you. i wonder what stories and tales you might find, about the people who make the trinkets of our manufactured lives. Rare objects made with loving craftsmanship, in this age of mass production and glossy marketing. a creepy despair the only tangible human emotion, gets into you blood and spreads like poison. This waste a disgrace and so superfluous, no wonder the third world is cursing us.

Live simply so others may simply live

Like cordellia chase of Apocalypse visions, not a choice or decision, but a gift that was given. A gift to see the future a curse to know what's there. think past bottled water start thinking bottled air. No public space for the likes of me and you. every inch sold for ad revenue. You live in the city but own a 4wd, lets just kiss the ozone goodbye. engines roar, oil pours co2 levels sour the water level raise just a little more. The land on which we stand is slipping away, island nations being engulfed by the waves. ever heard the term environmental refugee? stay turned to it being screamed for your tv screen.

Live simply s0 others may simply live
